At Astro High Glow, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective in materials or workmanship
  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality defect or production error.

Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved before shipping items back to us:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at grow@astrohighglow.com.
  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue
  3. Submit clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
  4. Wait for approval
    • Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  5. Receive instructions
    • If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label and replacement details

Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

What We'll Do

For approved returns due to defects, damage, or errors:

  • We will provide a free replacement at no cost to you
  • We will cover all return shipping costs via prepaid label
  • Replacements are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items without prior approval
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds

In cases where a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the approved return.

  • Downloadable products

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the damaged item in most cases.
