30-Day Quality Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective in materials or workmanship
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality defect or production error.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved before shipping items back to us:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at grow@astrohighglow.com.
- Provide your order number and describe the issue
- Submit clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

- If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label and replacement details
Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
What We'll Do
For approved returns due to defects, damage, or errors:
- We will provide a free replacement at no cost to you
- We will cover all return shipping costs via prepaid label
- Replacements are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
What We Cannot Accept
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items without prior approval
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
Refunds
In cases where a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the approved return.
